I would like to explain something about PHP-nuke, that is a free based cms system. The new version of it has just been released.

All you need to make it work is a normally linux server, i raccomend it to you or Windows. It must have php and mysql support.
It's a Web Portal System or CMS. The goal of PHP-Nuke is to have an automated internet site to distribute news and articles with users system. Each user can submit comments to discuss the articles.
